A: There are no specific size restrictions. Your café can range from a cart-sized setup to a full hall, depending on your budget.

A: The monthly licensing fee ranges from RM800 to RM2,000, depending on the size of your café.
Q: Are there any additional fees?
A: Yes, there is a one-time consultation and guidance fee ranging from RM5,000 to RM25,000, based on the café size.
Q: Can existing café owners convert their café to Kedai Kopi Kebun?
A: Absolutely! Existing cafés can be converted with minor adjustments to align with our concept, which helps save licensee’s cost. The extent of changes depends on the current setup.
Q: What do licensees receive in the licensing package?
A: Licensees receive:
- A kopitiam and garden-inspired café concept
- Complete SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
- Vendor list
- Menu and branding materials
- Training and operational support
Q: Will the licensor be involved in daily operations?
A: No. The day-to-day operations—such as staffing, rental, purchasing, and profit/loss—are fully managed by the licensee. You run your business independently under our licensed brand.
Q: What is the licensor’s role?
A: We oversee brand consistency and ensure licensees comply with the terms in the agreement, including branding and menu usage.
Q: Can licensees add their own menu items?
A: Yes, you can add your own menu items with prior notification to the licensor.
Q: What happens if the licensee terminates the agreement early?
A: Early termination will incur a penalty equivalent to the remaining contract period. For plants, although the plants belong to the licensee, the licensor reserves the right to reclaim 50% of the total plants, as stated in the agreement.
